1. General Introduction

5zz (https://5zz.im) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 5zz and its users.

By using the 5zz website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you object to any of these Terms, please discontinue use of 5zz and close your account.

2. Account Terms

Each individual may register only one 5zz account. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

Account Registration Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• Accurate and genuine personal information must be provided.
• An active mobile number is required — a one-time OTP will be sent to this number.
• Accounts must be registered in the individual's own name — managing an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted
• A national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.

3. Age Restrictions & Eligibility

5zz is strictly off-limits to minors (under 18). We believe responsible gaming starts with the right age.

• Age verification is carried out at the time of registration
• Identity verification may be requested at any time if there is reasonable suspicion
• Parents can use parental control software to keep their children safe

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Important Withdrawal Terms

• The withdrawal account must be registered in the name of the 5zz account holder
• Accounts with completed KYC verification can withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day
• Without KYC verification, the daily limit is ৳10,000.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• 5zz reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

5. Betting Rules

There are a few fundamental rules that all users must follow when placing bets on 5zz. These rules apply equally to everyone.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — exceptions apply in certain specific circumstances
• Pre-match odds apply to bets placed before a match begins; live odds apply to bets placed while the match is in progress.
• If a technical error or incorrect odds are detected, 5zz reserves the right to void the affected bet
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes are generally refunded.

Accumulator Bet

• A maximum of 10 events can be added to a single accumulator.
• If any single selection loses, the entire accumulator is lost — if one is void, its odds are counted as 1.0
• Two selections from the same match cannot be placed in the same accumulator

Maximum Payout

Each bet has a maximum payout cap, which varies by event and market. In general, the maximum payout per bet slip is ৳5,00,000. If a winning amount exceeds this, 5zz reserves the right to pay it out in installments.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

5zz regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 5–20x applies (terms vary by bonus)
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Once expired, the bonus will be forfeited
• One Bonus Per Person: Each promotion can only be claimed once per user
• Abuse: 5zz reserves the right to void bonuses and suspend accounts if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5zz. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using another person's information
• Fraudulent betting patterns intended to exploit bonus structures
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting
• Using 5zz for money laundering or handling illegal funds
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform

10. Account Closure

In the event of any dispute regarding betting results, 5zz's technical logs and records shall serve as the final and binding evidence.

12. Right to Modify

Continued use of 5zz after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Technology Use

The 5zz website and app have specific terms of use. Reverse engineering, scraping, or using any part of the app or website through automated means is strictly prohibited.

• The use of automated betting software is prohibited
• Accessing 5zz via VPN from a restricted region may result in account suspension
• Using modified or unofficial versions of the 5zz app creates security risks and constitutes a violation of our terms
